For many, 2020 was about staying at home. So I thought for this year’s exhibition I would turn to the “street” photos I’ve taken in recent years, so as to remind us of the sensation of being on the road, arriving, losing our way, having new experiences every minute, getting to know new places and people. Let us recall what it feels like to plunge into other people’s everyday life—or to plunge into the sea. And to cap it with a sunset selfie, which I know is pointless the moment I press the button, since I’ll never take another look, but that’s all right, then and there it’s part of the fun. I am sure many of us miss these feelings, the adventures, the memories. Come and see this exhibition to take a virtual trip, so that we can all recall our memories, because there is nothing like being somewhere else.
